This is a Lagos state government estate and we are currently constructing 5 blocks 3 storey buildings with our Chinese partners. Project commenced in 2015, currently ongoing without a clear completion date due to lack of government funding. Project cost is Over =N= 600,000,000. (Six hundred million Naira Only) Our major role on this project is project management and main contractor representative. Currently on hold due to lack of funding from Lagos State Government
